At Protopi, we strive to ensure every customer receives high-quality and functional electronic components, modules, and DIY parts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund process below.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of electronic components, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Microcontrollers, sensors, displays, communication modules
  • Integrated circuits
  • Opened DIY kits or used components
  • Batteries & battery-related items
  • Tools and wires once opened
  • Any item damaged due to incorrect usage or soldering

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Share order number, unboxing video, and photos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or ask you to send the product back.

Refund Method

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Card, etc.)
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days.

Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we offer free replacement of defective items.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • After shipping, cancellation is not allowed.
